Juggling Technique

Here is a video that shows the two different ways to juggle the ball.
1. One way is to juggle with back spin
2. Second way is juggle with no spin at all.

This video focuses on the "no spin" juggling technique.
Since juggling in this manner requires you to lock your ankle, I will show you how the Super Kick can help you become a great juggler.
