Passing Technique

Passing and trapping are two of the most fundamentals skills in soccer. They are also the most used skills in soccer. Nothing happens with out one of these. So it makes sense that we should acquire the proper technique to become great soccer players. The Super Kick help with technique because it keeps your toes up as a reminder until muscle memory develops.

Steps to improve your passing and trapping.

1. Plant leg position:
Place your plant leg about a foot away from the ball.

2.
Ankle Position:
Keep your ankle locked. Unlike shooting, passing requires that you keep your toes up parallel to the ground. No more balls going over your foot.

3. Knee Position:
Both your plant knee and your passing knee should be slightly bent. This will ensure that you have good balance.

4. Body Position:
Keep your knee and body over the ball. This will ensure that the pass will stay on the ground. If you lean back the ball go up in the air.
